I use teamworkPM to manage my projects online. This is one tool that allows me to keep all of the wrap design in view of all of the decision makers.  I post proofs online and the client and you are notified and can post comments and make suggestions for changes. The project keeps flowing without the bottle neck of the emailing designs. Check it out for your self.
